Golf course rules and regulations

  • The rules of golf etiquette are to be obeyed at TG&CCW

  • Every visit to the golf course is to be registered at the reception, and the tee time should be reserved earlier

  • The right to play on the course is reserved for people who possess a handicap card, a green card or have obtained the allowance from one of the Pros of TG&CCW

  • Visiting of the golf course can only take place in the presence of a TG&CCW employee or member of the Toya GC

  • Toya GC members are responsible for people accompanying them

  • Children below 10 years of age are allowed to use the TG&CCW facilities (especially the Driving Range and practice greens) only under the superveillance of adults

  • On the whole territory of TG&CCW there should only be used shoes with so-called “soft spikes”

  • You are not allowed to:


    • bring pets on to the premises of TG&CCW
    • use driving range balls on the golf course
    • practice chipping around the putting green
    • dispose cigarette buds onto the ground
    • play wearing jeans

  • Safety rules on the Driving Range:


    • One practicing bay is to be occupied by only one person whilst hitting the ball and training
    • While walking next to the practicing bay you should take special caution
    • You are not allowed to collect balls that have been hit

  • The Management and the Marshall of TG&CCW have the right to deny entrance onto the premises of TG&CCW, furthermore the Management and the Marshall also have the right to dismiss any individual who is inappropriately dressed or who is not obeying the etiquettes of golf and the above mentioned rules and regulations.

  • The TG&CCW Management has the right to close the golf course due to atmospherical conditions or for other important reasons

  • Disobeying the golf etiquettes and rules and regulations of TG&CCW may result in the suspension of a player’s right to use the facilities of TG&CCW

  • TG&CCW does not take any responsibility for any damages that occur to a person or his/her belongings during the game, and in particular TG&CCW will not be held responsible for any body injuries that may occur during the game, as well as for any lost property or belongings left on the territory of the facility.

  • It is forbidden to purchase golf balls on the territory of the golf course from non- TG&CCW employees

  • All lost and found property should be handed over to the reception

  • Players have the duty to inform the Marshall about any irregularities observed on the golf course

  • Players are not allowed to create dangerous situations for TG&CCW employees on the golf course and must allow all employees to get out of the line of play before continuing the game

  • The following sound signals must be obeyed:


    • One prolonged signal – discontinue play immediately
    • Three consecutive signals (repeated) – discontinue play
    • Two short signals (repeated) – resume play
